Power outages continue across Texas

This morning in Texas, the power is back on for millions of residents but the crisis is far from over. Grocery store shelves are empty, boil orders remain in effect throughout the state with many people still freezing inside their own homes. Marit Broussard, who lives just outside Houston, talks about her experience.
