Trump inks deals for lower prices with 9 midsized drugmakers

President Donald Trump on Monday announced a deal with nine midsized drugmakers to lower prices for medications. The string of deals builds on the Trump administration’s push to link the nation’s drug prices to cheaper ones abroad. The administration has now reached drug pricing deals with 26 pharmaceutical companies, including Pfizer, Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk, as part of its “most favored nation” policy.
