Chesterton student speaks out after racist letter

A 16-year-old student in Chesterton, Indiana says he’s exhausted—by more than schoolwork. Julian Blevins, a record-holding track athlete and Special Olympics volunteer, says he’s facing racism at Chesterton High School, where he is one of very few black students.  Days ago, he expressed his frustration online—and the post quickly went viral.
