Texas US Senate race: Talarico wins, Cornyn and Paxton head to runoff

The race for the U.S. Senate in Texas was heating up with State Rep. James Talarico winning the Democratic nomination and incumbent Sen. John Cornyn headed to a runoff with controversial Attorney General Ken Paxton in the GOP primary race.
