NIPSCO utility relief from Indiana lawmakers?

We’re hearing from even more of you in Northwest Indiana about NIPSCO. Your bills are high and with this cold, you have to keep the heat on. Some of you say you’re paying double, even triple what you paid last year.  Bret Buganski talked to lawmakers who are trying to help out.
