Oswego shelter-in-place: Police working to resolve situation

The Oswego Police Department said at around 5:30 a.m. it responded to the 500 block of Colchester Drive, calling it an active scene. Authorities responded to a report that led officers to do a welfare check at a home. When they arrived, a gun was discharged inside a home. There is believed to be one individual inside the home, and no injuries have been reported as of 8 a.m.
