Federal judge orders billions in tariff refunds after ruling on Trump trade policy

A federal judge has ordered the U.S. government to begin refunding potentially more than $130 billion in tariffs to thousands of companies after the Supreme Court struck down parts of former President Donald Trump’s tariff authority.
