NIPSCO files 2 rate increase requests as customers remain without power

There are still hundreds of NIPSCO customers who still don't have power. This is 15 days after severe weather hit northwest Indiana. NIPSCO filed two more requests for a rate increase between Aug. 11th and Aug. 20th.
