CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - Will Smith’s new movie “Concussion” tells the story of the initial research into the affect concussions have on the brains of NFL players. The movie was inspired by the suicide deaths of Mike Webster, Junior Seau and former Chicago Bear Dave Duerson.

This film is all about chronic traumatic encephalopathy. Dr. James Winger, a sports medicine physician, at the Loyola Center for Health, joined us LIVE on GDC to talk more about the condition.
