CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - Monday marks the first day of of Hannukah, the eight day Jewish holiday also known as the "Festival of Lights."
The holiday is commemorated by lighting a Menorah, playing the driedel game, and of course eating potato pancakes, also known as latkes.
