UPDATE: The missing 15-year-old boy returned home safely Monday night.
The Sugar Grove Police Department was asking for the public's help in locating a missing teenager with special needs.
Joshua was last seen Monday about 6:45 p.m. on Prairie Street just east of Route 47, police said. The teen had wandered away from his home.
