2 in custody after attempted burglary at Wheaton Chick-fil-A

WHEATON - Two people were arrested after allegedly breaking into a Chick-fil-A Wednesday in Wheaton.

Officers responded about 4 a.m. to an alarm at the restaurant, 301 E. Loop Rd., and discovered the burglary in progress, Wheaton police said.

The suspects were taken into custody without incident, and charges are pending, police said.
