MMAWarehouse.com is the leading e-commerce Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) retailer. We are looking to hire a full time customer service representative to join our team! This position is 1st shift, Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm.
Candidates must have a thorough knowledge of the retail process and possess excellent customer service skills. The customer service representative performs duties in a team environment while retaining the ability to empower themselves to perform their specific job functions and make decisions that are in the best interests of the customer and the Company.
- Respond to large volume of customer service emails, phone calls and live chats in a quick, polite and efficient manner
- Assist customers with order questions and problems; summarize and enter detailed notes regarding customer inquiries
- Process customer returns
- Communicate with vendors regarding defective items
- Enter inbound phone orders for customers
- Prepare shipments by picking, packing, and labeling packages
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and a self-starter
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Must be personable, friendly and able to work efficiently under time constraints
- Must have at least one year of customer service experience - retail environment preferred
- Type at least 40-60 WPM
- Computer proficient
- Must pass a background check
