CHICAGO (STMW) - Two people, including a 3-year-old boy, were killed and at least 14 others have been wounded in shootings across Chicago since Friday night, police said.
But Saturday night, young people who would ordinarily have to deal with the negative elements in their communities attended a black tie affair.
