Body pulled from waterway on Chicago's Southwest Side

CHICAGO - A death investigation is underway after a body was pulled from a waterway on Chicago's Southwest Side.

At about 2:09 p.m., the body of a man was recovered from the waterway in the 3700 block of South Pulaski, police said.

Chicago Fire officials said the man was 23 years old. His identity has not yet been released.

Detectives are investigating.
