Chicago crime: 2 women wounded after gunmen open fire
Chicago police are searching for the men responsible for shooting two women Friday morning.
CHICAGO - Two women were wounded in a Bronzeville shooting Friday morning.
What we know:
The shooting occurred around 4:45 a.m. in the 900 block of East 45th Street.
The Chicago Police Department said two women, both 34 years old, were standing near the street when they were approached by a dark-colored vehicle.
Two men then exited the vehicle and fired shots at them before fleeing in an unknown direction.
One woman suffered two gunshot wounds to her shoulder.
The other woman was shot in the flank.
Both were taken to an area hospital in good condition.
No offenders are in custody.

Area One detectives are investigating the shooting.
