Burglars smash cars into River North business
Six burglars in two cars plowed into a business in River North Tuesday morning before stealing merchandise.
CHICAGO - A River North store had a big mess to clean up Tuesday night after burglars smashed into the business.
Police said about five to six burglars used two vehicles to smash into a business in the 700 block of North Franklin Street early Tuesday morning.
The offenders then stole merchandise from the store.
No injuries were reported. Police are still investigating.
