Chase suspect breaks out in a dance on Houston freeway in front of officers
HOUSTON (FOX 26) - A police chase suspect, later identified as 25-year-old Darrious Kendrick Brown, is in jail but not before "busting out some moves" once he was caught. The man ended up taking a "dancing" approach to following police orders.
Police tried to stop the driver just before 1 a.m. Thursday on 7400 block of Homestead Road, but he took off. The suspect then led officers on a pursuit, attempting to go southbound on I-45. The man stopped when he saw officers had set up a spike strip along I-45 and 610. He refused to exit the vehicle for several minutes with officers using a loudspeaker telling him to exit. When he got out of his car, he started dancing on the freeway. As soon as he broke out in a "dance," that's when police let a K-9 loose on him - to end things. He's being charged with felony evading.
