Chicago man found dead, reportedly tied up in home; neighbor speaks out
CHICAGO - Chicago police launched a homicide investigation after a 63-year-old man was found dead Sunday night in the Norwood Park West neighborhood.
When discovered, the man was reportedly tied up.
What we know:
Just before 11 p.m., officers responded to a report of someone unresponsive inside a residence in the 7600 block of West Talcott Avenue.
Upon arrival, officers located an unresponsive 63-year-old man in a basement bedroom. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office identified him as George Levin.
Police said Thursday that two people of interest are in custody.

Police did not specify what injuries the man suffered or how many suspects they believe were involved.
According to a neighbor, the man was found tied up and duct taped in the bedroom.
