CHICAGO - A 57-year-old man was shot Sunday in Park Manor on the South Side.
About 3:40 p.m., he was on the sidewalk in the 7100 block of South State Street when he was approached by two people who fired shots, Chicago police said.
He was struck twice in the back and taken to University of Chicago Medical Center in good condition, police said.
Area Central detectives are investigating.
