Man shot twice in Chicago's West Elsdon neighborhood

CHICAGO - A man was shot twice in Chicago's West Elsdon neighborhood on Saturday.

Chicago police said the victim, 20, was near the sidewalk on West 52nd near South Hamlin around 3:30 when he was shot.

He was hit in the leg and arm and was hospitalized in fair condition.
