Man wounded in Gage Park shooting

CHICAGO - A man was wounded in a shooting in Gage Park Sunday night.

At about 6:26 p.m., a 27-year-old man was on the sidewalk in the 5200 block of South Rockwell when he was shot in the buttocks by an unknown offender, police said.

He was transported to an area hospital in good condition.

Area One detectives are investigating.
