Missing ‘high risk’ 82-year-old man last seen on NW Side located safely

CHICAGO - Fernando Leal, a 82-year-old missing man described as “high risk” who was last seen on the Northwest Side has been located, according to Chicago police.

Police cancelled a missing person alert about 7:45 a.m. Thursday, saying he was located safe and sound.
