New video shows police chase ending in crash that killed 2-year-old girl

CHICAGO (Fox 32 News) - Newly-released video from a Chicago police watchdog group shows a police chase that ended in a crash that killed a 2-year-old girl.

Body camera video shows debris littered across Calumet Street after the crash back in March on the Far South Side.

The suspected driver, 21-year-old Davis Donell, was arrested on multiple charges including driving on a suspended license and reckless homicide.

Investigators say the toddler in the car was not restrained and died after being thrown from the car.
