Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker says early childhood education in Illinois needs improvement.

On Tuesday, Pritzker discussed a proposal to bring all aspects of the state's early childhood education programs under a single roof – instead of its current set-up with multiple agencies taking care of different aspects of it.
