Safe haven locations open up for CPS students on spring break

It's spring break for Chicago Public Schools students, but not everybody has the luxury of enjoying the day away from the grip of violence.

The Safe Haven program provides a no-cost alternative for students and parents during breaks from school, offering spaces that focus on positive conflict resolution and safety.
