Teen shot in Chicago's Gage Park neighborhood
CHICAGO - A 17-year-old boy was shot Friday night in Chicago's Gage Park neighborhood, police said.
According to Chicago police, the boy was walking in an alley in the 5600 block of South Sawyer around 7:30 p.m. when someone fired shots.
The boy was struck in the lower right leg and taken to Mt. Sinai hospital in good condition.
No one is in custody and Area One detectives are investigating.
