Woman accidentally shoots herself in Lincoln Park
CHICAGO - A 30-year-old woman accidentally shot herself Saturday in Lincoln Park on the North Side.
About 5:45 p.m. she was inside a residence in the 1300 block of West Wrightwood Avenue, when she accidentally shot herself in the shoulder, Chicago police said.
She was taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center in fair condition, police said.
Area Three detectives are investigating.
