Special needs parents sue to keep Illinois schools open

Parents of special needs students are suing the state of Illinois to keep schools open. The federal lawsuit was filed Monday. Parents are asking for an emergency order to keep school districts from going remote. Attorney Patrick Donohue joined FOX 32 to talk about it.
