Parking dibs to tank in 15th ward, 'Once the snow is gone, dibs should be gone too'

After a flood of complaints regarding the Chicago tradition of "parking dibs," 15th Ward Alderman Raymond Lopez is looking to reverse the practice many Chicagoans have known for a long time.
