Gun locks distributed in Chicago after two children are shot accidentally

In Chicago in the past couple days, two children have been shot accidentally. In one case, an 8-year-old accidentally shot his sister in the neck. On Thursday night, a four-year-old found an unsecured gun and shot himself in the head. Nate Rodgers reports.
