Illinois congresswoman arrested for blocking traffic during abortion rights protest

Multiple members of Congress including Reps. Jan Schakowsky, D-Ill., and Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., were arrested by Capitol Police Tuesday afternoon outside the Supreme Court building during an abortion rights protest.
