Thousands attend Chicago's Magnificent Mile Lights Festival in spite of the cold

The event attracted tens of thousands of spectators dressed in layers and bundled up. Everyone tried their best to brace against the brutal cold along Michigan Avenue. Nate Rodgers reports.
