Christmas toy drive seeks donations to reach goal of gifts for 4,000 kids

One local Christmas toy drive is celebrating its 10th year. But this year, Operation Cover Chicago is at risk of missing its goal of 25,000 toys for 4,000 children, with toys costing more due to inflation.
