Pritzker?s budget to provide preschool for 5,000 children 'to cover all of those early childhood deserts'

Gov. J.B. Pritzker?s budget proposal for next year will include a $250 million investment in early education, including a $75 million block grant that will create 5,000 preschool spots for Illinois children.
