78-year-old woman killed in Northwest Side crash, 6 others hurt

A woman was killed and six others were hurt in a crash on Chicago's Northwest Side. Two of the injured are in critical condition after two cars collided in an intersection just before 8 p.m. Tuesday. Two children were hospitalized as well.
