Voters tap Brandon Johnson to lead Chicago, Vallas concedes

With a majority of votes reported Tuesday night, Brandon Johnson came out on top with 51.4% over Paul Vallas' 48.6%. Johnson said in his victory speech that he will work on behalf of all the people of Chicago. Vallas conceded on Election Night.
