Delphi murder suspect's lawyers ask for him to be moved

The lawyers for Richard Allen have asked if he can be moved from the Westville Correctional Facility. His attorneys want him moved to the Cass County Jail instead. Allen is facing two counts of murder after two young girls were killed in Delphi, Indiana in 2017.
