Migrants crowd US boarder as Title 42 expiration looms

Boarder patrol agents apprehended more than 10,000 people Wednesday alone when many migrants rushed the boarder. People could be seen wading into the Rio Grande. National Guard members urged many migrants to cross the boarder legally.
