Republican candidates square off in first debate

The first GOP presidential primary debate kicked off Wednesday night with eight candidates present and one loudly absent. Former President Trump did not make an appearance leaving room for South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley to shine. Political analyst Pat Brady said Haley had the best answer for the problematic issue of abortion rights.
