Chicago City Council delegation returns from Texas border visit

Several aldermen visited a boarder camp in El Paso, Texas this past week including the 6th Ward's William Hall. He said the distress at the border is unsettling. The delegation was set up to learn the facts of the situation as thousands pour into Chicago day after day.
