Otis’ stunning turn to monster hurricane kills at least 27 in Acapulco

Mexico authorities report there are 27 confirmed deaths in the wake of Hurricane Otis, and four people are still missing. Otis made landfall as a Category 5 hurricane on Wednesday, near the popular tourist destination of Acapulco.
