State of Diabetes to offer crucial resources to Illinoisans suffering from the disease

On Friday, a free event at Malcolm X College is set to save and change so many lives. The State of Diabetes is a community day of access and education focused on providing free screenings, resources, and raising awareness about a disease that affects more than one million people in Illinois.
