Lawsuits against beauty companies that sold chemical hair relaxers move forward

An Illinois federal judge ruled Tuesday that thousands of lawsuits against major beauty companies, like Revlon and L’Oréal, that sold chemical hair relaxers that could cause cancer can move forward.
