Pritzker celebrates reopening of I-290 bridge over the Mississippi River

The John Baker Memorial Bridge which connects Illinois and Iowa near the Quad Cities has reopened following a major rehabilitation project. Gov. J.B. Pritzker commended the restoration efforts while announcing the reopening on Wednesday.
