Dog rescued from icy Wisconsin waters by Coast Guard

Coast Guard heroes rescued a dog Thursday afternoon from icy waters near Kenosha. An officer saw the dog fall off the pier, sounded the alarm and Station Kenosha's Ice Rescue Team immediately sprang into action.
