American man sentenced to life for killing Illinois woman in Germany

The man who admitted to attacking two Illinois women on holiday in Germany, killing one, was sentence to life in prison. The man lured the two women off a hiking path where he pushed them off a cliff after sexually assaulted the younger women, who was killed.
