Arlington Heights board to discuss property tax deal with Chicago Bears

As shaky as the Chicago Bears season has been this year, it seems the team?s plan for a future stadium may also be up in the air. Two different plans are going on at one, a new stadium proposed for Chicago?s lakefront, and another new stadium in northwest suburban Arlington Heights.
