Samantha Steele back in court for DUI charges

Cook County Board of Review Commissioner Samantha Steele, 45, was arrested for driving under the influence after a crash in Ravenswood on Nov. 10, with police citing signs of intoxication and her refusal to cooperate with field sobriety tests.
