Judge halts Trump admin?s plan to put 2,200 USAID workers on leave

A judge has temporarily blocked the Trump administration from placing 2,200 USAID workers on paid leave as cost-cutting issues continue in Washington, D.C. Democratic members of Congress say they were blocked from entering the Department of Education Friday morning in a tense standoff.
